The Initial Struggles

Nitin Paswan had already undergone three hair transplant surgeries before coming to us. His major
investment had been in the frontal portion, while the back and middle portions remained
completely empty. This is a common issue for patients who opt for lower hairlines, which then
become liabilities to maintain as hair loss progresses.

Unsatisfactory Results

Despite three surgeries, Nitin was never satisfied with his hairline. It had gaps, looked unnatural, and
was highly predictable due to poor execution in his previous transplants. Additionally, scarring was a
major concern. Each time hair was extracted, new ones had to be implanted to redefine the hairline,
a complex task requiring exceptional skill and dedication.

The Solution at Satya

To address Nitin’s hairline and temple concerns, we needed scalp hair. The abrupt end of the
temples from his previous surgeries posed a significant challenge. Extracting grafts from the donor
area was difficult but necessary. Fortunately, Nitin had robust beard growth, which we used to add
density. We also utilized some chest hair through FUE to enhance the overall density.
While we could have incorporated more body hair for greater density, budget and time constraints
were factors. The sequential images show a gradual improvement, resulting in a remarkably natural
appearance that doesn’t betray the fact that it’s a transplant.

Reflecting on the Journey

Reflecting on Nitin’s journey, we can’t help but wonder how much more beautiful his results could
have been if he had come to us before undergoing all three surgeries. Choosing the wrong method
or an inexperienced surgeon not only affects your finances but also jeopardizes your irreplaceable
donor area.
